 Holly’s diverse experience spans academic writing, business communications, and journalism, providing her with the versatility to handle complex documentation and client communications effectively. As a paralegal, she supports the firm’s transactional practice through document preparation, due diligence assistance, closing coordination, and serving as client liaison for financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements.
